Overview

Hotaru Machi is a redeveloped area in Fukushima-ku, Osaka, facing the Dojima River. Completed in 2008 as part of Osaka City's "Water Capital Osaka" revitalization project, this area features unique buildings, including the new Asahi Broadcasting headquarters, the Dojima River Forum (a multipurpose hall), apartments, and commercial facilities. Taking advantage of its location along the Dojima River, Hotaru Machi offers a sophisticated space where waterfront scenery and urban life harmonize. Especially at night, the city lights reflected on the river create a magical atmosphere, offering stunning night views.
