Access

Take the Kintetsu Keihanna Line (Osaka Metro Chuo Line) to Aramoto Station, and exit from Exit 1. Walk west for about 250 meters. Alternatively, take a Kintetsu bus (from Kintetsu Kosaka Station or Yato no Sato Station to JR Gakkentoshin-Shinoda Station) to the Higashiosaka City Hall-mae bus stop. It's right there. Or, take an Osaka bus (from Kintetsu Shunto-michi Station or Fuse Station to Higashiosaka Medical Center) to the Higashiosaka City Hall-mae bus stop. It's right there. From the Nagata exit of the Hanshin Expressway Route 13 Higashiosaka Line, head east on National Route 308, turn left at the Harumiya Pedestrian Bridge intersection, and then left at the first traffic signal. Please use the high-rise elevator on the east side of the building or the freight elevator on the northeast side to access the 22nd-floor observation lobby. Freight elevator only operates during weekday evenings (after 7:00 PM), Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Note: Photography from the 22nd-floor observation lobby is restricted to the Higashi-Osaka JCT area from the south observation lobby, out of consideration for the privacy of nearby residents. Your understanding is appreciated. When using a tripod, please be considerate of other visitors and ensure you don't obstruct their passage. Even if your shoot takes a long time, please be mindful of sharing the space with others. Parking fee: ¥150 for 30 minutes
