The temple grounds boast centuries-old giant trees, offering stunning views throughout the year. The scenery is breathtaking, especially during the fresh green of spring and the vibrant autumn foliage. Many historic buildings remain on the grounds, including a bell tower, a kitchen building (kuri), and a study (shoin), offering a journey back in time.
