Varies by facility. Campgrounds, certain parking lots, and food trucks may only accept cash. Credit cards and electronic money are accepted at some facilities.
Reservations
Advance booking is required for field athletics entry. Groups of 20 or more must book via telephone at least 3 months in advance.
Clothing
Activewear is mandatory. For athletics, you must wear athletic shoes that fully cover your toes and heels. Sandals and boots are not allowed.
Photography
For professional photo shoots or cosplay-related photography, prior consultation and permission via email are required.
Accessibility
Two wheelchairs are available for free loan at the Shimizu Park Management Office (no reservation required).
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the field athletics, Aqua Adventure, and Pony Farm areas. Please use designated smoking areas only.

It is highly recommended to bring a change of clothes and extra shoes when participating in the athletics activities.
