One of the three lakes of Urabandai, Lake Onogawa was formed by debris flows from the 1888 eruption of Mount Bandai.
Lake Onogawa is located in Kitashiobara Village, Yama District, Fukushima Prefecture, and is one of the three famous lakes of the Urabandai area.
