Kujukushima Aquarium Sea Kirara is a unique facility themed around the beautiful waters surrounding the Kujukushima islands in Sasebo, Nagasaki Prefecture. The aquarium expresses the rich natural environment of the region, showcasing approximately 1,000 species of organisms found in the local waters and the unique topography of the area. Please note that operating hours vary by season: from March to October, the facility is open until 18:00, and from November to February, it closes at 17:00. Enjoying the tranquil atmosphere of the illuminated tanks in the late afternoon is a luxurious way to experience the aquarium.
