Tips
The sightseeing lift costs 400 JPY for a one-way trip and 700 JPY for a round-trip (for junior high students and above).
The last lift descending from the top is at 4:20 PM.
After exiting the lift, you must walk to reach the Honmaru (inner sanctum) area.
From December 1st to the end of February, the lift operates only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Parking is free (10 spaces available) and can accommodate large buses.
Since there is walking and light hiking involved, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and walking shoes.
The lift operates daily during the New Year period (January 1st to January 5th) even though it is the winter season.
