Located on the coastline of Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture, Koizumi Beach features a wide, sandy shore with shallow waters and gentle waves.
Koizumi Beach is located in Nakajima, Motoyoshi-cho, Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture. After a period of closure following the Great East Japan Earthquake, the beach officially reopened for summer operations in 2019.
