The National Astronomical Observatory of Japan, Mitaka Campus, is the headquarters campus of the National Astronomical Observatory, National Institutes of Natural Sciences, located in Mitaka, Tokyo. Established in 1888 as the Tokyo Astronomical Observatory in Azabu, Minato-ku, it relocated to its current Mitaka location in 1924.
