There are two parking lots: Parking Lot 1 and Parking Lot 2. Parking Lot 2 is located in front of a school and seems to be mainly used by school staff and related personnel. The walking path has minimal guardrails, so please be cautious, especially if you are visiting with young children. There are no trash cans, so please take your trash with you. Open fires are strictly prohibited.
Kameike Park, located in Hainan City, Wakayama Prefecture, is centered around Kameike Pond, one of Wakayama's largest irrigation reservoirs. It boasts many attractions, including the historically significant Soseikaku villa, associated with the Kishu Tokugawa clan, and a thrilling, swaying suspension bridge.
A 4km-long walking path winds through the park, perfect for a leisurely stroll amidst nature's beauty. The path offers scenic views of trees and flowers. The suspension bridge over the pond provides a thrilling experience—be careful not to drop your belongings while taking photos!
In mid-April, vibrant tulip fields burst into bloom, adding a colorful spectacle to the park's already stunning scenery. The vast expanse of tulips in various colors is truly breathtaking.
As part of the Iwai Highlands Prefectural Natural Park, Kameike Park also offers magnificent views of the surrounding highlands. The panoramic vista is simply spectacular!
