138 Tower Park is one of 13 parks within the Kiso Sansen National Government Park in Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture. Its iconic 138-meter-tall observation tower offers magnificent views of the three rivers – the Kiso, Nagara, and Ibi – weaving their way through the landscape. On a clear day, you can even see the Suzuka and Yoro mountain ranges in the distance. In spring, the park hosts the "Tulip Festival," showcasing approximately 500,000 tulips in a vibrant explosion of color. It's truly a flower paradise! Summer offers lush greenery and cool shade under the trees. Autumn brings spectacular autumn foliage, particularly stunning from the observation tower.
