Gudate Observatory is a 349-meter-high observation deck located in Kanagawa-cho, Shikokuchuo City, Ehime Prefecture. Situated on the mid-slope of the Hokkou mountain range along National Route 319, connecting Shikokuchuo City to its Rinan district, it's known for its stunning views stretching far and wide across the city. During the day, enjoy the lush mountains and the blue Seto Inland Sea, while at night, the dazzling cityscape lights up the scene. The countless lights of the Seto Inland Sea are especially captivating. From the observatory, you can simultaneously savor the historical cityscape of Shikokuchuo City and the serene beauty of the Inland Sea.
