Car: 10 minutes from Kagoshima IC of the Kyushu Expressway, via the Muoka Tunnel towards Kagoshima city center. JR: 5 minutes by car from the West Exit of Kagoshima-Chuo Station. Bus: From Kagoshima-Chuo Station East Bus Stop No. 22, take Kagoshima Kotsu (lines 11, 13, 17, 18, 20, 22, 27, 30, 33) or Minami-koku Kotsu (Muoka Highland, Saigo Danchi bound) buses to the Takechuugakkou-shita bus stop. A 20-minute walk from there (including a steep uphill section). *Note: The 20-minute uphill walk is quite strenuous, so a taxi is recommended. Show route
