When using the slopes, please adhere to the Snow Sports Safety Standards established by the National Ski Safety Council. Ski/snowboard equipment is mandatory for lift access. Sleds and sliding equipment without metal edges are permitted exclusively on the dedicated Kids' Area slope. Injuries, accidents, and damage to equipment on the slopes are at your own risk. We highly recommend purchasing accident insurance.
Smoking is prohibited except in designated smoking areas. Bringing outside food and drinks into restaurants is not allowed (excluding baby food for infants). Open flames are strictly prohibited. The use of electrical outlets within the facility is forbidden (mobile phone charging stations are available on the 2nd floor). Pets are not permitted (service dogs are allowed with a valid certificate). Please refrain from reserving seats or holding spaces with personal belongings during peak hours. Parking fees apply to all guests, including hotel guests.
There is no ATM on site, however, cash, credit cards, and PayPay are accepted.
