Overview

MARK IS Fukuoka Momochi is a large-scale commercial facility developed by Mitsubishi Estate located in Jiyōhama, Chūō-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture. Adjacent to the Mizuho PayPay Dome Fukuoka, it's part of the Seaside Momochi area. It was built as part of the redevelopment of the former Hawks Town Mall, alongside The Parkhouse Fukuoka Towers. The concept is "Momochi Go Kochi ~Every day, and special days.~" Designed with the image of a "coastal hill town", it features four floors of commercial space totaling approximately 48,000 square meters. It's the largest commercial facility in Fukuoka's western district, surpassing even Aeon Mall Fukuoka Ito. While initially owned by Mitsubishi Estate, the building was sold to Nippon Open-End Real Estate Investment Corporation and Chikuzen Investment in March 2024. The facility houses a diverse range of shops, including fashion, sundries, restaurants, a movie theater, and entertainment facilities. With a significant portion dedicated to supermarkets and daily necessities, it's popular with local residents. Its convenient access to the Dome makes it especially lively during events.
