Okinawa Prefectural General Athletic Park is a large-scale, multi-purpose sports facility located in Okinawa City and Kita-Nakagusuku Village, Okinawa Prefecture. Developed for the 1987 National Sports Festival of Japan (Kaibou Kokutai), it's divided into three themed areas: a sports zone with an athletics stadium and other facilities; a coastal zone featuring a recreational pool and campground; and a forest and water zone offering opportunities for nature observation and learning, including a nature trail and observation deck. The sports zone boasts the "Tapic Kenso Hiyagon Stadium," a JAAF Class 1 certified athletics stadium, also renowned as the home stadium of FC Ryukyu in the J2 League.
