Taiyo no Oka Engaru Park is a sprawling park located in Tomamae-cho, Tomamae-gun, Hokkaido, nestled on a hill overlooking the majestic Sea of Japan. The park's biggest draw is undoubtedly the approximately 1 million poppies that bloom from late May to early June. The entire hillside is covered in vibrant red, orange, and yellow poppies, creating a scene that's like something out of a painting.
