Megijima Island

Overview

Megijima is a small island in the Seto Inland Sea, located about a 20-minute ferry ride from Takamatsu Port. Known for its connection to the Oni-ga-shima legend, the island features the Onigashima Great Cave, said to have been inhabited by the oni (demons) from the Momotaro legend.
