Mayayama Kukusei-dai Observatory is known as a stunning viewpoint offering panoramic views of Kobe city. Located at an elevation of 690 meters, it boasts a 360-degree panorama stretching from Osaka Bay to Kobe city and the Rokko mountain range. Its nighttime view is particularly renowned, considered one of Japan's three major night views, captivating countless visitors with its beauty.
