Bokka no Sato

Overview

Bokka no Sato is an agricultural park located at an elevation of 1000 meters on the Hirugaoka Plateau in Gujo City, Gifu Prefecture. Its beautiful seasonal flower fields are a sight to behold, with tulips in spring, lavender in summer, and cosmos in autumn, creating a vibrant tapestry of colors. Beyond the flower fields, the expansive grounds feature areas for interacting with animals, restaurants, an onsen (hot spring) facility, and more. Animal interactions include opportunities to milk Jersey cows and interact with alpacas, offering enjoyment for both children and adults. The restaurant offers dishes and desserts featuring locally sourced Hida beef and vegetables. The Hida beef dishes are particularly noteworthy, juicy and tender, melting in your mouth.
