Approximately 15 minutes by Gifu Bus from JR Gifu Station, get off at Gifu Park/History Museum stop, then a 3-minute walk. Hiking up from Gifu Park is also possible. Normally, access is via the Kinka-san Ropeway. Show route

Access to the castle keep is via ropeway or on foot. The ropeway station is about a 15-minute walk from Gifu Park. From the ropeway station, it's about a 10-minute walk to the castle keep.
