The Tateyama Naval Air Corps Akayama Underground Shelter is partially open to the public. When visiting, please wear a helmet and follow the instructions of the staff. Also, it's dark inside the shelter, so a flashlight is recommended. The tour takes approximately one hour. *The facility may be temporarily closed due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Please check the Tateyama City website for the latest information. *The Toyotsu Hall, where the reception is located, may serve as a polling station, resulting in temporary closures due to elections or similar events. *Groups wishing to visit should contact Toyotsu Hall in advance.
