The Numata-cho Yotaka Andon Festival is the largest summer festival in Numata-cho and is celebrated as one of Hokkaido's three major Andon festivals.

- Experience the Intense Collision: The highlight is the collision of the massive lanterns. We highly recommend securing a Reserved Seat to witness this powerful moment from a close-up perspective.
- Enjoy Day to Night: On the second day, festivities start at 1:00 PM. Enjoy the Specialty Fair, Street Performances, and Lantern Painting before the magical night parade begins.
- Plan Your Travel: If driving, arrive before the Traffic Restrictions begin to avoid congestion, and ensure you use the designated Temporary Parking Lots within the town.

As an outdoor night event, a raincoat is recommended for rain. Since unreserved seats do not include chairs, bring a folding chair if needed.
Access
No direct JR line to Numata-cho. Use the temporary bus from Fukami Station (650 JPY one way). If driving, be aware of traffic restrictions starting at 16:00 and use designated parking.
Safety
Never enter restricted areas near the lantern paths or the collision zone. Always follow the instructions of the event staff.
