Reservations
To use the Special Viewing Seats, you must make a preliminary application by phone to the Koga City Tourism Association, then pay via bank transfer or cash at the window.
Etiquette
The Kotatsu seats are for 4 people, so you may be seated with others.
Restrictions
Pre-school children are not allowed to enter.
