Tsugaru Han Neputa Village is a cultural experience center located in Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture, centered around the iconic Hirosaki Nepata festival. From Hirosaki Station (JR line), take the Konan Bus to the 'Bunka Center-mae' stop, followed by a 7-minute walk.
Use the Tedomachi Loop Bus and get off at the 'Kamenokoji Kado' stop, followed by a 1-minute walk.
