For the best experience, we highly recommend purchasing paid seating. "Paid Free Seats" (2,000 JPY) are available in the hard/soft baseball field areas or the riverbank slopes (Area 14-17). Tickets must be purchased in advance through designated methods, such as at Seven-Eleven convenience stores. The Arakawa riverbank in Itabashi is accessible via several stations. If you are using the free viewing areas, it is highly recommended to use "Takashimadaira Station" on the Toei Mita Line. To avoid extreme congestion, visitors are advised to avoid using other nearby stations like Nishi-dai or Hasune, as well as JR Ukama-Funadotari, during the peak event hours.
To enjoy the festival comfortably, please follow the established rules and etiquette. If using paid seats, please bring a leisure sheet (picnic mat) no larger than 90cm x 90cm. As the event takes place in an open riverbed area, please follow all staff instructions to ensure safety and manage the crowds effectively.
