The Yodoko Guest House (formerly the residence of Tazaemon Yamamuro) is an extremely precious architectural work designed by the world-renowned modern architecture master, Frank Lloyd Wright. Located on a verdant hill in Ashiya, Hyogo Prefecture, the residence was completed in 1924. It is currently designated as a National Important Cultural Property. The design features Wright's signature geometric patterns and the use of natural materials throughout, creating a seamless connection between the building and its surroundings. Originally built as the residence for Tazaemon Yamamura, this architectural masterpiece was designated as a National Important Cultural Property in 1974.
