Practical Information: Items, Clothing & Etiquette

Please note the following for your visit:

• Parking is available behind the Nishi no Shosoin. The path from the parking area to the main hall involves a slope.
• There are stairs near the Torii gate directly in front of the main hall.
• Some paths within the shrine grounds are gravel-covered.
• A multi-purpose restroom is located in front of the Nishi no Shosoin free parking area (located across from National Route 388). The restroom door width is approximately 80cm, with a space of 218cm x 183cm. It is equipped with an emergency call button and a heated bidet seat.
