The park was even honored with the 'Flower Tourism Destination Grand Prize,' highlighting its significance as a premier destination for floral beauty and the refreshing scent of herbs.

Furthermore, Takakami Town is renowned as one of Japan's leading producers of peppermint. The most iconic sight is the endless 'pink carpet' formed by the blooming moss phlox.
