An Important Cultural Property showcasing late Edo-period architecture, built as a retirement villa for the mother of the 13th Lord of the Kaga Clan.
Seitokaku is a historic villa established in 1863 (Bunkyu 3) by Maeda Naritatsu, the 13th Lord of the Kaga Clan, for his mother, Shinryoin (the wife of the 12th Lord, Narihiro).
