RSK Rose Garden, located in Nikawa, Kita-ku, Okayama City, is a large-scale botanical park specializing in the Rosaceae family. A unique feature of this park is its historical design: it was established as a buffer zone for the RSK Kibi Radio transmission station, resulting in a beautiful concentric circular layout of flower beds and walking paths that blend functional history with natural elegance.

The garden is organized in concentric circles around the transmission center, with flower beds and paths meticulously arranged within a radius of approximately 100m (200m diameter).
