Otaru Art Base, located in Otaru City, Hokkaido, is a sophisticated artistic complex composed of four historic buildings. Other structures, such as those designed in 1927 (Showa 2), showcase the architectural ingenuity of the time, featuring Renaissance-style exteriors and intricate plasterwork on the ceilings.
