This facility recreates the 'Mitsumoshi Ichiretsu' style, a unique architectural form characteristic of Nara, featuring a narrow street frontage but an exceptionally deep interior. The building is filled with the soft light filtering through wooden lattices (koushi), a charming courtyard, and various spaces that showcase the wisdom of traditional daily life. The 'Hanare' (detached building) and 'Kura' (storehouse) are also essential to understanding historical construction techniques.
