For example, the Saidan-sai (New Year's Festival) in January and the monthly rituals held on the 1st and 17th of every month are part of a continuous cycle of ceremonies. These rituals are essential elements in maintaining the local culture and spiritual heritage of the region.
The primary attractions of Naminoue Shrine are its breathtaking location and the traditional ceremonies performed there. Throughout the year, various rituals are held, such as the Spring Equinox Festival in March and the Shichi-Go-San Festival in November. Please note that the amulet office is open from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, so plan your visit accordingly if you wish to purchase sacred items.

The shrine is located near major access routes in Naha. You can reach it by walking about 15 minutes from Asahibashi Station via the Monorail (Yui Rail), or by taking a local bus. It is also conveniently located near Naha Airport, making it easy to reach by taxi or bus in a relatively short time. The surrounding area is a central part of Naha's urban landscape, making it a highly convenient base for tourists.
When visiting, please observe the proper etiquette for a sacred shrine. If you wish to purchase amulets or talismans, ensure you arrive during the service hours of 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Please follow the local instructions regarding payments and procedures. Regarding parking, there are 20 free spaces available, but please use nearby paid parking lots if the area is crowded.
