Nagashino Embankment (Nagashino Entei) is a historic dam located in Shinshiro City, Aichi Prefecture, dating back to the Meiji era. Built during Japan's rapid modernization, this facility is characterized by its stone masonry that harmonizes with the natural terrain and is currently designated as a significant cultural asset. It is highly acclaimed as one of the "Three Most Beautiful Embankments in Japan."
The most striking feature is the dynamic water discharge from the spillway (yosuibaki).
