Mitsui Outlet Park Sapporo Kitahiroshima is a premier outlet mall located in Kitahiroshima City, Hokkaido. The facility opened in 2010. The initial development phase featured the 'Clover Mall,' named after the four-leaf clover shape of Kitahiroshima's mascot, 'Elfin.' In 2014, the 'Maple Mall' was added as the second phase of development, inspired by the maple tree, a symbol of Hokkaido. This expansion significantly increased the shopping area and the variety of available brands, allowing the facility to meet the diverse needs of both domestic and international visitors.
The complex is divided into two distinct areas with different concepts. The brand area focuses on high-end fashion and lifestyle goods from famous global and local labels. While the general shopping hours are 10:00 to 20:00, the dining options offer extended hours: restaurants are open from 11:00 to 21:00, and the food court operates from 10:30 to 21:00 (last order at 20:30). We recommend visiting outside of peak lunch and dinner hours to avoid crowds. Since the mall hosts various seasonal events, the atmosphere and activities change throughout the year.
