The facility celebrated its grand opening on April 13, 2012. Originally known under the provisional name "Mitsui Outlet Park Kisarazu Kaneda," it eventually adopted its current official name. Since its opening, the mall has undergone several phases of expansion to increase the number of available shops. Notably, the facility adheres to the concept of an "environmentally symbiotic outlet mall," featuring large-scale solar power generation equipment to pursue a sustainable and eco-friendly way of operating a commercial facility.
