The castle tower's entrance hours are 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM from April to September, and 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM from October to March. The Honmaru area (grounds) is open from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM (April–Sept) or 5:30 PM (Oct–March). Visitors can enjoy the cherry blossoms in spring and the shifting light and colors during summer and autumn.

When entering the castle tower, you are required to remove your shoes and carry them in a shoe bag. We recommend wearing easy-to-remove footwear and bringing socks for comfort. Because the interior features steep stairs and uneven surfaces, please wear comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes for the walk around the grounds.
