MARINE & WALK YOKOHAMA is an open-air commercial complex located in the Shinko district of Naka-ku, Yokohama, within the vibrant Minato Mirai area. Built with a concept that connects the sea and greenery, this facility integrates the historical atmosphere of the warehouse district with modern shopping, dining, and even bridal facilities. Its spatial design is characterized by its seamless integration with the seaside location.
The facility opened on March 4, 2016. Developed by Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development, it was born as a new style of commercial space that leverages the historical context of the seaside warehouse district alongside the ongoing development of the Minato Mirai area. Currently, property management is handled by Prime Place (Tokyo Tatemono Group). Located near historical landmarks such as Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse and Yokohama Hammerhead, it serves as a key landmark in the local community.

The facility features a diverse range of shops including fashion, kids' wear, lifestyle goods, cafes, and restaurants. A particularly famous attraction is the "Angel Wings" by Colette Miller located on the facility's wall; it is known as one of the first officially registered spots of its kind in Japan, making it a popular gathering place for visitors. The layout is designed for easy exploration: the first floor hosts various shopping stores and eateries, while the second floor primarily features dining options. Additionally, the 5-story building houses the elegant bridal facility "BAYSIDE GEIHINKAN VERANDA minatomirai."
The facility is open daily from 11:00 to 20:00. During the daytime, visitors can enjoy shopping and dining while taking in the bright, refreshing seaside scenery. In the evenings, the atmosphere becomes even more enchanting, as seasonal events such as projection mapping can transform the space into a stunning visual experience. We highly recommend visiting during the day to experience the open, breezy atmosphere of the waterfront.
Visitors can enjoy a variety of experiences that make the most of the coastal environment, such as relaxing at a cafe, shopping, or enjoying a meal. For instance, you can savor Korean cuisine at "Korean Ushisuke" or browse through high-end fashion brands like "NEIGHBORHOOD." The location provides a perfect backdrop for a leisurely stroll or a stylish much-needed break. It is also widely recognized as a premier spot for photography and social media content.
MARINE & WALK YOKOHAMA is centrally located in the heart of Yokohama's Minato Mirai district. To the southeast lies the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, and to the northwest is Yokohama Hammerhead. Together, these landmarks form a comprehensive sightseeing route through the Yokohama Bay Area. The entire area is surrounded by the sea and greenery, allowing for an extended, scenic walk through the neighborhood.
As this is an open-air mall by the sea, we recommend wearing clothing suitable for the weather and temperature. Since the facility consists of both indoor and outdoor spaces, comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended. Regarding payments, while most shops accept credit cards, please check with individual stores for specific policies. Please respect local etiquette and be mindful of the surrounding environment and other visitors while enjoying the public spaces.
