This includes 21 specific facilities such as the main office, the first and second warehouses, the equestrian stable, the club, and several barns and silos (No. 1 to No. 4). These buildings are invaluable for understanding Japan's modern architectural and agricultural history. Furthermore, the 'Oinomori' forest within the farm is a site of literary significance, appearing in the works of the famous poet Kenji Miyazawa, and is designated as a national scenic spot.
