Kijihiki Kogen Panorama Observatory is a scenic observation facility located at an altitude of 560m in Hokuto City, Hokkaido. Since the observatory is at an altitude of 560m, temperatures tend to be lower than at sea level. Even in summer, it can get chilly or windy, so please bring a light jacket or extra layers. While parking is free, spaces are limited, so arriving early is recommended.
