Kawachi Wisteria Garden is a premier destination for wisteria lovers located in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture. The garden gained international acclaim after being featured by CNN as one of the '31 Beautiful Places in Japan.' During the spring season, approximately 22 different varieties of wisteria bloom in a spectacular display. The most iconic features are the two magnificent wisteria tunnels, measuring 80 meters and 110 meters in length, which create a surreal, immersive experience for visitors.
