Kamikawa Shrine is a significant spiritual site located within Kagarakao Park in Asahikawa, Hokkaido. Formerly classified as a Prefectural Shrine (Kensha), it is dedicated to a wide array of deities. The shrine enshrines many deities, including Amaterasu Omikami (the Sun Goddess), Omononushi, and others deeply connected to the local history and culture of the region. The annual festival (Reisai) is held on July 21st, a significant date for the local community and a time to witness traditional rituals.
