Hoso Hana no Oka Park is a comprehensive public park located in Inzai City, Chiba Prefecture, which opened on April 28, 2000. As one of the largest urban parks in the Chiba New Town area, its central theme is the dissemination of culture, information, and community through plants and greenery. Furthermore, the park is designated as an emergency evacuation site under the Inzai City Disaster Prevention Plan, meaning it serves as a vital community resource that functions as a recreational space during normal times and a disaster relief base during emergencies.

A key highlight is the 'Museum of Flowers and Greenery,' which includes a greenery consultation desk and multipurpose rooms where visitors can deepen their botanical knowledge. Visitors can also enjoy the 'Water Landscape Zone' (Blocks A and C) and the 'Greenery Landscape Zone' (Block E), which feature scenic elements like small streams, ponds, and traditional woodlands.
