前線が四国の南から伊豆諸島付近を通って、日本の東にのびています。一方、高気圧が日本海にあって、ほとんど停滞しています。 岩手県は、曇りや晴れとなっています。 １６日は、高気圧に覆われるため、晴れますが、前線や上空の気圧の谷の影響により、次第に曇る所が多くなるでしょう。 １７日は、高気圧に覆われますが、上空の気圧の谷や湿った空気の影響を受ける見込みです。このため、曇りや晴れで、朝晩は雨の降る所があるでしょう。
