There are many diverse highlights at Furano Cheese Factory to keep every visitor engaged. First, you can observe the cheese-making process and the aging rooms up close, learning exactly how delicious cheese is crafted. Additionally, the adjacent "Pizza Workshop" uses a traditional wood-fired oven imported from Naples, allowing you to enjoy authentic pizza made with local flour and plenty of fresh mozzarella. Furthermore, the "Ice Milk Workshop" next door serves incredibly rich soft-serve ice cream and ice milk made from fresh milk, which is extremely popular among tourists. There are different ways to enjoy Furano Cheese Factory depending on the season. For instance, from spring to summer, special seasonal menus may be introduced. Please note that the Pizza Workshop has different operating hours than the main facility; while the general hours are 9:00–17:00, the pizza workshop is open from 10:30 to 16:00, so we recommend visiting around lunchtime. Since the lineup of ice milk and seasonal sweets can change depending on the time of year, every visit offers the possibility of a new discovery.
