FUJIYAMA Twin Terrace is an observation facility specialized in providing spectacular views of Mt. Fuji, located in Ashikawa-cho, Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture. The facility is designed to offer multiple perspectives of the iconic mountain, Lake Kawaguchi, and Lake Yamanaka. It consists of two main areas: the 'First Terrace' and the 'Second Terrace,' each providing a unique vantage point for the landscape. The entrance facility, Lily Bell Hütte, features a cafe and shop, creating a perfect environment to relax and enjoy the scenery while having a coffee or light snack.
This facility was developed to make the magnificent views of Mt. Fuji accessible to the public while simultaneously protecting the natural environment within the Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park. The surrounding area is designated as a water resource conservation forest and a special protection zone, ensuring a harmonious coexistence between nature conservation and tourism. FUJIYAMA Twin Terrace serves as a public observation point that utilizes the region's natural resources to provide a high-quality experience for both locals and international tourists.

The greatest draw is the panoramic view unfolding across the two terraces. The 'First Terrace,' located approximately 80 meters east, serves as an excellent spot for photography. Meanwhile, the 'Second Terrace,' situated just a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, allows visitors to feel the immense scale of the landscape up close. Additionally, at the entrance facility, Lily Bell Hütte, you can enjoy local specialties, coffee, and light meals while soaking in the view.
FUJIYAMA Twin Terrace offers different scenery depending on the season. The facility has specific operating periods, including a winter season (around December to March). Since there are live cameras installed, you can check the real-time status of Mt. Fuji and the weather conditions online before your visit to ensure the best possible visibility. Please note that the appearance of Mt. Fuji changes significantly with the weather and season.

Visitors can engage in photography against the grand backdrop of Mt. Fuji or simply relax on the terraces. At Lily Bell Hütte, you can enjoy local delicacies and purchase regional souvenirs. The journey via the dedicated shuttle bus is also part of the scenic experience. Please note that if you intend to use a drone for photography, you must obtain prior permission from the Yamanashi Fuji/Tobu Forest and Environmental Office.
Near the entrance facility, Lily Bell Hütte, there is a parking lot with 40 spaces available. The surrounding area also features local dining spots such as 'Suzuran no Sato Sawatsutei' and the local produce market 'Ogossou-ya,' where you can experience the authentic flavors and ingredients of the Yamanashi region.
