Tour fees are paid at the ticket machine at the reception desk on the day of your visit. In addition to cash (Japanese Yen), the following are accepted: Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners, American Express), Barcode Payments (PayPay, Rakuten Pay, d-Barai, WeChat Pay, Alipay), and Electronic Money (Transportation IC cards, iD, QUICPay).

The museum tour is generally based on a prior reservation system via the internet. Reservations can be made for groups of 1 to 6 people. For groups of 7 or more, please contact the facility by phone. Internet reservations are accepted up until the day before the desired visit date.
To prevent drunk driving, persons under 20 years of age, those who are driving (including passengers), and those planning to drive a vehicle, motorcycle, or bicycle are strictly prohibited from tasting beer. Soft drinks will be provided instead. Additionally, pregnant or breastfeeding women are not permitted to consume alcohol.
