Su Arakura Sengen Toshogu Shrine
- If you want to photograph the spectacular view of Mt. Fuji and the Pagoda, be sure to visit the observation area at the top of the stairs.
- Cherry Blossom Season is extremely crowded, so it is best to plan your arrival for the early morning hours.
- Please wear comfortable walking shoes. Since there are many stairs to reach the observation area, sneakers or broken-in walking shoes are ideal.
- If you wish to receive a formal prayer (Gokito), you must make a reservation by phone in advance. This is a precious opportunity to experience a traditional Japanese ritual.
