The collection of modern Japanese paintings is equally significant, featuring works by masters such as Taikan Yokoyama, Seihō Takeuchi, Matsuo Uemura, Kan 雪 Hashimoto, Ryūshi Kawabata, Shimei Sakakibara, and Shinpei Itō.
